Standard Delivery

A lead time of 3 working days for all orders placed online. For corporate orders or enquiries, please drop us an email at cshh@pppcoffee.com.

Delivery is free for orders above SGD$60. Otherwise, a standard delivery fee of SGD$4.99 applies for all orders.

All deliveries are scheduled from 12pm-6pm, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that there will only be one attempted delivery order. Kindly ensure that there is a person to receive a delivery at the scheduled timing. Otherwise, there will be a redelivery fee of SGD$4.99.

Self Collection

Self collection is available in-store at 150 Tyrwhitt Road from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12pm to 10pm. Any uncollected items will be forfeited.

Returns & Exchange

We regret that all items sold are not exchangeable. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained due to change of mind.

CSHH reserves the rights to cancel your order without prior notice.

In the event where the order is cancelled, a refund will be issued for the item(s) that is cancelled.
