Delivery

• A lead time of 3 working days for all orders placed online. For corporate orders or enquiries, please drop us an email at cshh@pppcoffee.com.
• Delivery is free for orders above SGD100. Otherwise, a standard delivery fee of SGD15 applies for all orders.
• All deliveries are scheduled from 12pm-6pm, unless otherwise stated.
• Self collection is available in-store at 150 Tyrwhitt Road from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12pm to 10pm. Any uncollected items will be forfeited.
• Please note that there will only be one attempted delivery order. Kindly ensure that there is a person to receive a delivery at the scheduled timing. Otherwise, there will be a redelivery fee of SGD15.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchange

• We regret that all items sold are not exchangeable. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained due to change of mind.
• If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us via this form and our team will get back to you in 3 working days.
• CSHH reserves the rights to cancel your order without prior notice.
• In the event where the order is cancelled, a refund will be issued for the item(s) that is cancelled.
• CSHH reserves the rights to amend and/or vary the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
