Step 1: RinseFold the paper filter along the ridges and place it in your dripper. Rinse the filter paper with hot water. Set up your dripper and carafe on your weighing scale.
Step 2: GrindGrind the coffee beans using the medium setting of your grinder.
Step 3: Setup
Pour coffee grounds into the wet filter paper. Ensure that the coffee bed is even and then hit tare on the weighing scale.
Step 4: Pre-InfusedAdd 40g of hot water. Stir the coffee bed gently to ensure all grounds are saturated. Allow it to bloom for about 30 seconds.
Step 5: PourPour continuously from the middle of the cone in a circular fashion spiralling outwards and inwards. Stop the pour when you have reached the designed amount water of 240g.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
